This position will report to the Accounting Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent combination of experience and education
Familiar with Accounting processes, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Up to 2 years of financial experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work on many different projects at one time.
Excellent Microsoft Office experience

Responsibilities

New job setup in SAP and job folder setup
Assisting with Accounts Payable in SAP
Administer contract billing in SAP
Assist in the month-end close process
Assist the Accounting Manager in creating timely and accurate financial statements
Understand job costing reports from SAP
UKG(Kronos) Bi-Weekly Hourly Timesheet Review
Other administrative and accounting projects, as needed.
