Based in Miami, FL - eatOS POS Inc., is a cloud-based restaurant software start-up that provides Cloud-based technology infrastructure built exclusively for restaurants of all sizes, with the ability to simplify operations, improve guest experience, save costs, and engage with the community in new and innovative ways - Restaurant management made simple. We are looking for an Entry-Level Bookkeeper with keen attention to detail and a solid grasp of financial management. Requirements

Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and finance.
Proficiency in accounting software, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Proactive mindset and capable of taking initiative.

Nice To Haves

Advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets are preferred.
At least 1 year of QuickBooks experience preferred.
Previous experience in the SaaS, POS, restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry.
Startup experience and entrepreneurial spirit.
Experience with remote or virtual team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate accounting records by compiling, verifying, and analyzing account information.
Ensure the integrity of financial data by reconciling bank statements and other financial records.
Record financial transactions in account ledgers and prepare periodic financial statements.
Analyze financial data, tracking trends to forecast future business requirements and opportunities.
Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.
