About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Account Support Coordinator to work on-site at a client's corporate headquarters in Katy, Texas. This part-time role supports our Account Manager in the day-to-day administration and operational coordination of janitorial services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and brings a strong sense of urgency and professionalism to every task.

Requirements

  • Located within or able to reliably commute to the Katy, Texas area
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, data entry, and general spreadsheet management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, confident phone presence
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work
  • Organized, dependable, and self-motivated with minimal need for oversight
  • Comfortable working in a corporate headquarters environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in an administrative, operations support, or coordinator role preferred
  • Experience in facilities management or janitorial services a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Account Manager
  • Perform accurate data entry, spreadsheet management, and reporting using Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and other advanced functions)
  • Contact store locations by phone to coordinate service needs, address issues, and gather information
  • Follow up with field teams to ensure timely completion of scheduled janitorial services
  • Monitor and track daily operational tasks, flagging issues for escalation as needed
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact on-site at the client's corporate headquarters
  • Assist with operational reporting, documentation, and workflow coordination
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing demands in a dynamic environment
