The Account Supervisor will serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for internal business units, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted marketing advisor. This role involves leading client discussions to identify business challenges, objectives, audiences, success measures, and activation requirements. The Account Supervisor will translate client requests into clear, actionable creative briefs, influence realistic timelines, anticipate risks, and report on project performance. Additionally, this role supports project management responsibilities where dedicated PM support is not available, including timeline development, stakeholder coordination, review management, and delivery oversight. The position requires a strong understanding of agency workflows and creative development processes, ensuring requests are sufficiently defined before entering creative development or production. The Account Supervisor will evaluate incoming requests for business value, complexity, urgency, dependencies, and resource requirements, and develop preliminary project scopes, effort estimates, and recommended resourcing approaches. They will ensure all deliverables, quantities, formats, specifications, markets, channels, approvals, and dependencies are clearly documented. The role involves consolidating stakeholder feedback, owning client meeting summaries, and ensuring approved decisions and scope changes are reflected in project documentation. The Account Supervisor will monitor project scope, identify changes impacting timing, effort, budget, or resource requirements, and maintain a high standard of project documentation. They will partner with Creative Leaders to ensure project expectations, scope, and quality standards are understood and secure appropriate approvals before work advances. The Account Supervisor will serve as the active voice of the client in all internal creative reviews and partner with Operations and Project Management to develop accurate estimates and funding recommendations. This role also supports retainer planning, budget forecasting, and funding conversations with business partners, balancing business objectives with responsible use of Solve Studio resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher AND ten (10) years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, or integrated campaign leadership.
  • Strong background in marketing strategy and campaign development, with the ability to consult, not just execute.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, ideally in an agency or in‑house agency environment.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills; ability to influence without authority.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
  • Passion for partnership and problem‑solving; thrives in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact for internal business units, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted marketing advisor, not just a service lead.

  • Influence realistic timelines and deliverables based on project complexity, scope, and resource availability.
  • Anticipate risks and proactively recommend solutions to keep work moving forward.
  • Report on project performance, client satisfaction, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support project management responsibilities where dedicated PM support is not available, including timeline development, stakeholder coordination, review management and delivery oversight.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of agency workflows and creative development processes, ensuring requests are sufficiently defined before entering creative development or production.
  • Evaluate incoming requests for business value, complexity, urgency, dependencies and resource requirements before work is committed.
  • Anticipate information gaps and proactively gather the inputs required for creative, copy, digital and production teams to execute effectively.
  • Develop preliminary project scopes, effort estimates and recommended resourcing approaches in partnership with Creative, Project Management and Studio Operations.
  • Ensure all deliverables, quantities, formats, specifications, markets, channels, approvals and dependencies are clearly documented before work begins.
  • Consolidate stakeholder feedback into clear, prioritized and actionable direction for the creative team.
  • Own client meeting summaries and contact reports, documenting key decisions, action items, changes in direction, risks and next steps.
  • Ensure approved decisions and scope changes are reflected in project documentation, timelines and creative briefs.
  • Monitor project scope and proactively identify changes that impact timing, effort, budget or resource requirements.
  • Maintain a high standard of project documentation, ensuring visibility and continuity across all team members supporting the engagement.
  • Partner with Creative Leaders to ensure project expectations, scope and quality standards are understood before work begins.
  • Ensure appropriate approvals are secured before work advances to subsequent stages.
  • Serve as active voice of client in all internal creative reviews.
  • Partner with Operations and Project Management to develop accurate estimates and funding recommendations.
  • Support retainer planning, budget forecasting and funding conversations with business partners.
  • Balance business objectives with responsible use of Solve Studio resources.
  • Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
