About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to lead the delivery of complex communications campaigns. You will oversee projects end-to-end, manage client relationships, and drive high-quality creative and strategic output while mentoring junior team members. We work with clients that want to help the hardest-to-reach, hardest-to-influence audiences. This includes a range of Western Government departments, such as DOS and USAID; partner governments, including the U.K. and Australia; and prominent IGOs/NGOs such as the U.N. We are a comms agency that works on behaviour change projects typically focused on issues related to Security, Defence and Stabilization. Requirements

  • 5–8 years’ experience in communications or a related field
  • Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of commercial and operational processes
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving instincts
  • Confident leader who can inspire teams and challenge clients constructively
  • Deep interest in geopolitics, global affairs, and communications
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working on complex or government-related accounts is a plus
  • Experience working with government or international organizations
  • Fluency (spoken, written, or reading) in Arabic or Farsi

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day management of accounts, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at multiple levels
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities and risks
  • Oversee large-scale integrated campaigns (film, digital, multi-channel)
  • Ensure all work meets the highest standards - on brief and impactful
  • Shape and refine campaign strategy in collaboration with strategists
  • Confidently present and discuss strategic and creative work with clients
  • Push for innovation and continuous improvement in output
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Foster strong collaboration across creative, strategy, and production teams
  • Lead by example - driving energy, quality, and accountability across teams
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
  • Prepare and review fee proposals and scope changes
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to new business proposals
  • Focus on measurable outcomes and campaign effectiveness
