Premium Brands Account Supervisor Leads the execution of assigned national program initiatives, serving as the go‑to connector for field teams, clients, and internal partners. This role is the operational heartbeat of the program—keeping people aligned, details moving, and plans turning into action. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4-6 years experience in relevant field
  • Personal computer and home internet access
  • Proficiency in common productivity software including word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, and email tools
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to make oral presentations
  • Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy while managing frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
  • Experience working in an agency, retail, consumer packaged goods, or consumer electronics environment
  • 3–5 years of experience selling or activating in adult beverage
  • Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
  • Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the alcohol or beverage industry preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

  • Execution oversight: Manage daily workflow of national program deliverables. Support launches, refreshes, and timelines
  • Team supervision: Manage account managers and provide support to field teams. Triage issues and escalate appropriately
  • Client communication: Maintain status documentation and provide weekly updates to clients and leadership
  • Quality control: Monitor data integrity, reporting accuracy, and executional compliance across markets
  • Process support: Identify recurring bottlenecks and support rollout of new tools, standard operating procedures, or workflows
  • Some travel may be expected.
