About The Position

This is a temporary Account Supervisor position at McCann, within the Non Standard Job Profiles job function and Contingent job subfunction. The role involves serving as the primary contact for client communications and strategy initiatives, translating brand goals into campaign strategies, and collaborating with agency teams to ensure effective campaigns. The position requires managing workstreams, timelines, approvals, and deliverables, while also offering insights to enhance client and agency relationships and providing innovative solutions to complex challenges. Requirements

• 5+ years Acct Mgmt experience in Advertising Agency
• Proven expertise in managing production/budgets
• Exceptional client service skills with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset
• Adept at juggling multiple complex projects with meticulous attention to detail
• Confident communicator who can lead presentations/meetings
• Team player with a collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial energy
• Must be agile, organized, efficient and creative

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Client's various comms/strategy initiatives across their business (lead daily communications across Agency teams & clients).
• Translate brand goals/business objectives into campaign specific strategies
• Collaborate with various Agency teams to ensure cohesive, effective campaigns
• Proactively identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement
• Manage all workstreams with clarity, efficiency, and accountability
• Oversee timelines, approvals, and deliverables across campaigns
• Offer insights and recommendations to elevate client and agency relationship
• Navigate complex client challenges and provide innovative solutions
• Anticipate and troubleshoot challenges, maintaining agility in a fast-paced environment
