About The Position

Nexus Direct is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Account Supervisor to lead and manage integrated marketing programs for a key client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, multi-channel campaigns. As an Account Supervisor, you will serve as the primary day-to-day client lead, overseeing campaign execution across direct mail, digital, and integrated channels while guiding internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in full-service direct marketing or account services
Strong experience across direct mail, email, digital, and integrated campaigns
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and client management skill
Strong project management skills with a high attention to detail
Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
Must live in the contiguous United States.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a major client, managing relationships and day-to-day communications
Contribute to and oversee marketing program strategy, goals, and performance tracking
Translate complex marketing strategies into actionable, results-driven campaigns
Partner with Creative, Production, Data, and Media teams to ensure seamless execution
Oversee trafficking, QA, and approval processes across all campaign components
Review proofs and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards
Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team success
Contribute to team development, performance management, and growth planning
