About The Position

As an Account Supervisor you will manage day-to-day projects, and play an integral role in the growth of assigned accounts. You will be important to the success of projects through appropriate management of internal and client needs and expectations. At Envoy, we believe there is real value in spending time together in person. To support collaboration, connection, and a strong employee experience, employees are expected to work from their designated Envoy office a minimum of one day per week.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of account experience in an agency environment.
  • Experience in an account role working on the development of large-scale digital projects, including websites and applications, with a strong understanding of associated web development technologies and third-party applications and platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Thorough understanding of project management, and web and mobile technologies.
  • Experience managing traditional and digital campaigns from conception through execution.
  • Experience working with project management teams, creative teams and development teams directly, within an agency environment.
  • Experience with scope of work development.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, corresponding timelines and internal resources allocation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in each assigned client's business and industry.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create briefs, SOWs, and project hour estimates.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and project organization to ensure clear deliverables and deadlines.
  • Balance client, agency, and internal team needs effectively.
  • Maintain transparent communication between client and agency on project status.
  • Gather and relay client feedback clearly to internal teams.
  • Support and articulate strategies both internally and with clients.
  • Define objectives, priorities, and initial POVs on strategic and creative alternatives.
  • Utilize internal tools to streamline communication and organization.
  • Work with account team members to manage workflow efficiently.
  • Anticipate and address potential client relationship issues proactively.
  • Lead projects with strategic planning, attention to detail, and thoughtful execution.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables through detailed focus and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide conference reports and manage project documentation, including presentations and feedback.
  • Facilitate in-person collaboration to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
