The Account Supervisor is a driven, engaged client service professional who thrives in a collaborative team atmosphere and excels at developing unique solutions that differentiate our client’s brands in the market. This role involves managing a digital brand focused on websites, building and sustaining relationships with key clients, and providing confident counsel on client inquiries. The Account Supervisor will demonstrate fluency in Avalere Health's capabilities and offerings, develop proficiency in the client's market, trends, influencers, competitors, and key stakeholders, and effectively communicate the brand’s business objectives to the agency team. They will provide feedback on work in development across strategy, creative, technical, and analytic project types, interpret client and medical/regulatory/legal feedback, and document scope requests, author project briefs, and write SOWs. The role also includes partnering with delivery and account leadership to monitor revenue and profit, mitigate risks, and identify growth opportunities. A key responsibility is managing daily account work on CIDP, ensuring projects are on time, meet client expectations, and are executed flawlessly. This includes managing budget tracking, communicating budget status, and identifying when projects are out of scope or need re-estimation. The Account Supervisor will exhibit sound judgment to anticipate and solve challenges, think analytically about data-driven insights, apply past learnings, and write clear project briefs. They will also facilitate and lead tactical meetings and MRC discussions, have baseline knowledge of the MRC submission process and Veeva, and balance process with flexibility. This role may serve as a dotted line manager to junior employees, mentoring and growing them.
