We're looking for an Account Supervisor to work on large social AOR — equally comfortable shaping brand strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute. You'll serve as a senior day-to-day client partner on a brand operating at the intersection of medical aesthetics and beauty — a space that demands both scientific credibility and cultural fluency. The ideal candidate works fluidly across disciplines, thrives in fast-moving environments, and brings both rigor and curiosity to everything they do.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in a client-facing agency role, with at least 3 years managing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience in medical aesthetics, pharma, or beauty/skincare — candidates who have navigated the overlap between clinical credibility and consumer appeal will feel right at home here
  • Must have on-set production experience and a track record of managing client relationships in that context
  • Proven ability to present and sell strategic, cross-disciplinary creative work
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial by nature — able to lead global strategies while getting into the details when it counts

Responsibilities

  • Own senior client relationships and serve as a trusted, proactive day-to-day partner.
  • Lead multiple integrated workstreams with clear ownership, accountability, and strong operational rigor.
  • Run internal and client meetings with clear structure, strategic POVs, and actionable next steps.
  • Serve as IAT lead, fostering strong collaboration across paid media, strategy, creative, analytics, and account teams.
  • Develop strategic recommendations grounded in client business goals, brand context, category trends, competitive landscape, and paid media best practices.
  • Lead campaign development across digital, social, and video from brief through production and launch.
  • Shape high-quality creative briefs and translate client feedback into clear direction for internal teams.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables and presentations meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and project finances across cross-functional teams.
  • Support and develop junior team members while effectively managing upward to senior leadership.
