About The Position

INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency located in sunny Huntington Beach, CA is seeking an Account Supervisor to join our Hyundai social team! We are a hybrid workplace, x3 days week onsite. Candidates must be local to SoCal. Our ideal candidate has deep understanding of social media; and traditional media as a bonus. In this role, you will lead day-to-day client and partner communication to set expectations, track budgets and contribute to overall business development. Organizational and collaborative skills are key to translate client assignments into actionable tasks, and eventually delivered projects. To do this you will be directly interfacing with Creative, Strategy and Production departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Account Management experience at an advertising agency environment
  • Experience in social media
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Self-starter with excellent work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to mentor and guide your direct report
  • Strong understanding of and passion for brand campaigns
  • Ability to time manage, meet deadlines and multi-task
  • Knowledgeable in MS software (Word, Power Point, and Excel), Google Docs and highly skilled in presentation deck development (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive experience is highly preferred
  • Social media marketing experience within an agency or in-house setting is a plus
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter & YouTube will be helpful in this role

Responsibilities

  • Daily contact and relationship building with a variety of different clients and departments with our client
  • Organize project timelines, production & media budgets, and team workflow delegation
  • Interface with marketing partners to facilitate content delivery, production, strategy, campaign analytics & reporting
  • Manage finance process on the agency and client-side
  • Facilitate internal creative development, including kick-offs, input briefs, meeting facilitation, contact reports, client feedback, product & legal reviews
  • Coordinate with internal production and Client’s production auditing firm to vet all production projects
  • Maintain project status documents and hold check-ins to gauge progress
  • Enthusiastically represent the team to clients and partners
  • Manage client expectations
  • Advocate for clients when needed to ensure brand expectations are considered through campaign development process
  • Oversee dedicated Account Executive
  • Manage & oversee Influencer & Creator campaigns
  • Collaborate with strategy team to facilitate analytics & reporting process refinements
  • Stay up to date with current social media industry trends & platform updates to contribute to overall campaign success
