The Operations Supervisor is an independent leader, helping manage the day-to-day people, operations and client. This role requires ensuring the team provides outstanding service to the client while building strong customer relationships. The supervisor will also be responsible for maximizing profitability through effective labor and resource utilization, resolving operational problems, producing required reports, coordinating workflow, and monitoring job completion for efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, the role involves training new employees, addressing performance issues, creating development plans with the manager, and escalating client or team concerns proactively. Adherence to company and client site policies, along with cost-efficient use of equipment and supplies, is expected. Other duties as assigned.
