The Operations Supervisor is an independent leader, helping manage the day-to-day people, operations and client. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3 or more years of proven experience in a customer service environment, preferably within the legal or financial services industries. Additionally, 3 or more years of experience in office support, including administrative, facilities, hospitality, reception, reprographics, and mailroom functions, is necessary. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of USPS regulations and reprographics equipment, along with intermediate Microsoft Office Word and Excel skills, and basic PowerPoint skills. Prior vendor management experience is preferred, and a basic understanding of P&L is a plus. Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and handle confidential information in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role requires self-motivation and a positive attitude.
