Due to continued growth, we are hiring an Account Strategist at NAS Recruitment Innovation, an M3 company.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, marketing, advertising, recruitment marketing, or client services.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into recommendations.
  • Active user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Build recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies aligned to client business goals.
  • Translate hiring challenges into actionable recommendations and campaign plans.
  • Develop go-to-market approaches that improve candidate attraction and hiring outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize media, messaging, technology, and candidate experiences.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance strategic recommendations, research, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
  • Apply critical thinking and professional judgment when evaluating AI-generated insights and content.
  • Help clients understand how AI is influencing candidate behavior, recruitment marketing, and talent acquisition.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and innovation while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Stay current on evolving AI capabilities, recruitment technologies, and market trends.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide proactive recommendations.
  • Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Partner with media, creative, technology, and analytics teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Serve as a primary day-to-day strategic advisor for assigned clients.
  • Establish credibility through responsiveness, expertise, and results.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support account growth through thoughtful recommendations and consultative engagement.
