About The Position

KHM is seeking an Account Strategist to build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver data-backed insights, and provide top-notch service. This role involves identifying opportunities for account growth, contract renewals, and ensuring long-term client success. The Account Strategist will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, setting expectations, and managing projects from kickoff to completion. This includes coordinating with internal teams (creative, media, web, content, production) and external vendors to manage timelines, gather approvals, facilitate production, media placements, and experiential activations. The ideal candidate can diagnose campaign performance issues, course-correct, manage multiple projects, and move projects through internal and external approval processes. Experience with project management platforms, particularly Asana, is required. The role requires comfort in a fast-paced, team-driven, creative agency environment, making data-driven decisions, and presenting recommendations and performance insights to clients. Occasional travel is expected.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with project management platforms; Asana experience is required.

  • Comfortable presenting recommendations, campaign performance, and strategic insights to clients.
  • Located in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zones.
