About The Position

As an Account Specialist, you are a self-starter – you will focus on hunting new business by reaching out to companies within the industry, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions to help them succeed in today’s world.

Requirements

Fully bilingual in French and English

Ability to establish customer rapport and build relationships on the go

Responsibilities

Build relationships and uncover opportunities at already identified customers/prospects while also chasing any new potential leads
Manage a full sales cycle - from qualifying leads to closing deals, delivering results and building a strong client base
Adopt various technology systems and leverage our wide range of solutions to offer tailored packages that meet the unique needs of many different businesses
Deliver best-in-class customer experiences, building strong relationships, and influencing decision-makers
Actively listen to customers, complete needs analyses, and quickly identify and recommend solutions to fit their current needs and future plans
