About The Position

This direct hire opportunity is for an Account Specialist to support client and vendor programs across their domestic operations team. The role involves providing administrative, sales, and operational support to the Account Manager, coordinating orders, tracking program details, and supporting client deliverables. The specialist will work with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution, maintain and update records, reports, and account-related documentation, and support financial tracking, reporting, and goal alignment within accounts. The position also involves assisting with problem-solving and ensuring a high level of customer service in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in account coordination, customer service, or operational support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook
  • Comfort working with numbers and supporting financial or operational goals
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
