As an Account Specialist, you will oversee and manage client relationships, acting as a representative for the company and working with a broad spectrum of clients. You will develop, maintain, and improve client relationships across a large territory. Your duties include engaging with clients to discuss their current program status, identify needs and how to meet them better, and introduce new products or services. Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, and the ability to manage multiple accounts across multiple regions.
