Requirements

  • Must have current Credit Assistances experience
  • Strong active listening and communication skills, with the ability to clearly understand needs and convey information to customers, peers, leadership, legal teams, and external partners
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness across loan documentation, account handling, title work, and compliance activities
  • Experience managing accounts within consumer vehicle lending, including prioritizing high volumes, meeting deadlines and service levels, and delivering client-focused solutions
  • Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and internal policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Effective collaboration skills, building partnerships across departments such as legal, repossession, towing, and DMV offices
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying, escalating, and resolving issues with resourcefulness
  • Proficiency in data entry and system navigation, maintaining accuracy across loan servicing platforms and tracking tools
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes, systems, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work across multiple systems and tasks efficiently
  • Responsible for signing, notarizing, maintaining, and mailing documents onsite at the Jacksonville, FL CVLC location daily

Responsibilities

  • Contacts delinquent, charged-off or high-risk clients in order to secure payment and determine reason for delinquency on active accounts
  • Works with clients to establish full balance repayment plans or settlements
  • Serves as a liaison to administrative areas within the bank and administers wire transfers, payments, deposits, advances, short sales, and settlements
  • Ensures document compliance and security perfection as well as collateral monitoring and maintenance
  • Executes procedures to meet production deadlines, successfully executes service level agreements, and manages relationships within the internal department and with business partners
  • Works in ownership-based collection environments conducting special research and other project assignments
  • Investigates daily incoming inquiries received from business partners; reviews to determine the best course of action for the account; validates and signs and/or notarizes the legal and title documents at our CVLC Jacksonville, FL location.
  • May be responsible for working with the business partners and legal counsel to address any concerns and handle daily correspondence regarding the process and for performing quality reviews of the completed steps.
  • Review to determine the best course of action for the account; ensure all previous validation and signature steps were completed properly.
  • Review of legal templates, including direct communications with Internal Legal Counsel; Title Vendors, and Department of Motor Vehicles.
