As an Account Specialist II within the ACH Reclamations team, you will review and process reclamation requests received from the U.S. Treasury and other government agencies. You will analyze transaction activity in consumer accounts to identify improper federal benefit payments deposited after a recipient’s date of death and complete returns in accordance with Treasury requirements and internal procedures. You will complete detailed case research, accurately attribute transactions to the correct account owner, and document actions clearly to support quality outcomes. You will manage a high-volume workload while meeting service level and quality standards and partnering with your team to resolve issues and reduce escalations.
