Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential in ensuring the requests are completed accurately and in compliance with standard policies. Analyzing requests, providing directions, and building customers within various systems. Maintenance of required procedures, documentation, and evidence to enable audit trails.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of clerical and/or customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Effective customer relations, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office.
  • Aptitude for identifying and resolving exceptions and interpreting data accurately.
  • Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.

Nice To Haves

  • SQL Management Studio experience a plus.
  • Participating in or lead/managing projects and carrier meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that requests are completed timely, accurately and in compliance with standard policies.
  • Create the customer structure and accounts within various Systems
  • Ensure that customers receive quality service for all operational activities supported.
  • Adheres to corporate policies and procedures and complies with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintenance of required procedures, documentation and evidence to enable audit trails.
