About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated leader in the auto industry, preferably with 5+ years of experience. The position requires an organized team player with knowledge of the auto subprime field. Knowledge in controlling delinquency and loss is crucial, and candidates must be able to cope with a highly competitive, fast-paced environment. The representative will be responsible for collecting on a portfolio of delinquent accounts. Compensation includes base pay with a monthly bonus. Full-time only.

Requirements

• Collection skills in auto finance, with 5+ years of experience, and ability to control loss.
• Strong leadership skills, including coaching and developing.
• Knowledge of computer functionality and Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
• Extensive knowledge of skip tracing.
• Knowledge of the auto subprime field.
• Ability to work in a highly competitive, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience in the auto industry.

Responsibilities

• Work an assigned team collection portfolio.
• Manage a portfolio cradle to grave.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Work with the lead and team members.
• Collect on uninsured accounts.
• Perform skip tracing.
• Work accounts up until repo or charge-off status.
