Account Servicing Associate
About The Position
Robinhood’s Account Operations team supports the company’s growth and customers at critical points in their relationship with Robinhood. The team handles account servicing work such as application review, customer information updates, and levy notice review. As an Account Servicing Associate, you will support account opening and maintenance by reviewing new account applications, analyzing documents carefully, coordinating with cross-functional partners to resolve customer issues, and completing daily account maintenance activities. The role is based in Robinhood’s Denver, Colorado or Westlake, Texas offices, with in-person attendance expected at least three days per week.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities
- Review operational case or process escalations from vendors and internal employees.
- Review customer-related documents for completeness and process necessary changes to customer accounts.
- Meet efficiency goals while minimizing errors.
- Serve as a subject matter authority on account opening and maintenance processes, communicating clearly with other teams and customers and providing outstanding customer service.
- Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and suggest improvements to departmental leadership.
- Perform daily account maintenance requests and troubleshoot sophisticated account issues with internal partners, including account deactivation and reactivation, levy notice processing, and customer information updates.
- Use AI tools to increase individual efficiency and accuracy in the subject matter area.
