About The Position

This entry-level role provides administrative support to the Premium Audit operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. The Account Services Assistant coordinates the lifecycle of excess standalone and out-of-state primary workers’ compensation audits. This involves ordering audits, tracking their progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely communication with brokers, third-party audit vendors, underwriting, and internal business partners. The position requires organizing multiple priorities while adhering to established procedures and service standards to support departmental and corporate objectives. It offers opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow within a collaborative environment focused on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining organized details.

Requirements

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and effectively manage competing deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with sound problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
