Accerta is seeking a fixed term (6 months) Account Service Representative who will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships by delivering exemplary service to all stakeholders. In this role, the successful candidate will support account service operations and assist with Dental Plan Design activities. The position also involves entering and adjudicating applications and claims in accordance with departmental policies and procedures, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high service standards across all account service functions.
