About The Position

The Account Service Delivery Manager will lead and oversee the delivery of technology services across multiple agile pods, ensuring high-quality execution of projects involving web development, .NET, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Salesforce, Playwright, Java, and Azure cloud platforms. This role operates within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment managing approximately 20 agile pods. Additionally, the role requires strong capabilities in engaging with CXOs, preparing proposals, and supporting sales initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Experience leading technology service delivery across multiple agile pods.
  • Proficiency in web development, .NET, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Salesforce, Playwright, Java, and Azure cloud platforms.
  • Experience working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate approximately 20 agile pods.
  • Strong capabilities in engaging with CXOs.
  • Experience preparing proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses.
  • Experience supporting sales initiatives and pre-sales activities.
  • Knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs), project timelines, and quality standards.
  • Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Skills in resource planning, budgeting, and capacity management.
  • Experience managing escalations and resolving delivery issues.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end service delivery for client accounts involving complex technology stacks including web development, .NET, D365, Salesforce, Playwright, Java, and Azure.
  • Manage and coordinate approximately 20 agile pods following a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) delivery model.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for client CXOs, building strong executive relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare detailed proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Support pre-sales and sales activities by providing technical and delivery insights to shape client engagements.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs), project timelines, and quality standards to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular status reports, delivery metrics, and risk assessments to clients and senior management.
  • Drive resource planning, budgeting, and capacity management for multiple agile pods.
  • Manage escalations, resolve delivery issues, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
