About The Position

The Account Sales Manager (ASM) performs outside sales while driving an assigned route of Red Bull Distribution Company accounts. The role focuses on selling product inventory and increasing product sales, product placement, inventory, cooler space, and displays in large- and small-format off-premise stores. The ASM services customers safely and productively in accordance with Red Bull executional standards, maintains customer relationships, and helps build and protect the Red Bull brand.

Requirements

Valid U.S. driver's license.
Obtain a DOT Medical card.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Nice To Haves

Experience in sales, account management, and direct store delivery (DSD) is a plus.
Additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage products and customer relationships at assigned Red Bull Distribution Company accounts.
Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales.
Ensure Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
Perform outside sales functions while driving an assigned route.
Evaluate competitor activities, including new product launches and price reductions.
Meet monthly goals for sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account setup, and other merchandising components.
Rotate products properly to ensure freshness and set product flow according to Red Bull standards.
Increase inventory and product diversity at assigned accounts, improve in-store branding, and deliver fresh product.
Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices.
Contribute to and lead among the peer group.
Maintain relationships with customer contacts at assigned accounts.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
