About The Position

Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the Account Sales Manager performs outside sales of product inventory while driving an assigned route of accounts. The role increases product sales and product-display placement at large- and small-format off-premise stores by upselling inventory, cooler space, and displays. The Account Sales Manager services customers safely and productively according to Red Bull executional standards.

Requirements

Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Obtain a DOT medical card.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Nice To Haves

Experience in sales, account management, and direct store delivery (DSD) is a plus.
Additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage products and customer relationships at assigned Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) accounts.
Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales.
Keep Red Bull equipment clean and in good working order.
Perform outside sales functions.
Evaluate competitors’ activities, including new launches and price reductions.
Meet monthly goals for sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account setup, and other merchandising components.
Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and brand flow, ensuring fresh product and following Red Bull standards.
Increase inventory and product diversity at assigned accounts and improve in-store branding while delivering fresh product.
Collaborate across the organization and share best practices.
Contribute to and lead among the peer group.
Maintain relationships with customer contacts at assigned RBDC accounts.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
