About The Position

The Account Sales Manager (ASM) performs outside sales while driving an assigned route of accounts for Red Bull Distribution Company. The role focuses on increasing product sales, product placement, and displays in large- and small-format off-premise stores. The ASM identifies opportunities to upsell inventory, cooler space, and product displays, and services customers safely and productively according to Red Bull executional standards. This position reports to the District Sales Manager.

Requirements

Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Obtain a DOT Medical card.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Responsibilities

Manage products and relationships with customer contacts at assigned Red Bull Distribution Company accounts.
Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and identify ways to increase sales.
Keep Red Bull equipment clean and in good working order.
Perform outside sales functions.
Evaluate competitors’ activities, including new product launches and price reductions.
Meet monthly goals for sales, distribution, pricing, displays, new account setup, and other merchandising components.
Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and fresh product, while setting product flow according to Red Bull standards.
Increase inventory and product diversity at assigned accounts and improve in-store branding while delivering fresh product.
Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices.
Contribute to and lead among the peer group.
Maintain relationships with customer contacts at assigned accounts.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
