About The Position

The Account Sales Manager (ASM) performs outside sales while driving an assigned route of Red Bull Distribution Company accounts. The role focuses on increasing product sales and product placement at large and small off-premise stores by upselling inventory, cooler space, and product displays. The ASM services customers safely and productively according to Red Bull executional standards, manages customer relationships, and helps maintain product quality and brand presentation.

Requirements

Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Obtain a DOT medical card.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
English language ability.

Nice To Haves

Experience in sales, account management, and direct store delivery (DSD).
Additional language skills.

Responsibilities

Manage products and relationships with customer contacts at assigned Red Bull Distribution Company accounts.
Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales.
Ensure Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
Perform outside sales functions.
Evaluate competitors’ activities, including new launches and price reductions.
Meet monthly goals involving sales, distribution, pricing, displays, new account setup, and other merchandising components.
Rotate products properly to ensure freshness and set brand flow according to Red Bull standards.
Increase inventory and product diversity at assigned accounts and improve in-store branding while delivering fresh product.
Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices.
Contribute to and lead among the peer group.
Maintain relationships with customer contacts at assigned accounts.
Complete other tasks as assigned.
