About The Position

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Manager for "West Coast Customer," where you'll drive growth with the new and emerging players transforming the automotive industry. As a Sales Manager, you'll own the full acquisition cycle for our Vehicle Motion product portfolio—from initial opportunity to successful launch. This is your chance to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across engineering, manufacturing, packaging, and logistics to build compelling business cases and winning quotes. You'll be the trusted voice for our customers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders while navigating complex technical requirements. Post-acquisition, you'll take charge of all sales and account management activities. Partner closely with engineering during development, then drive industrialization and product launch readiness. Your ownership doesn't stop at SOP—you'll collaborate with plants and finance teams to ensure seamless production and delivery, keeping operations running at peak performance. This role demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks unconventionally, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo. You'll have the autonomy to shape customer strategies and the support to grow your impact across the organization.
