About The Position

The Account Sales Manager (ASM) performs outside sales while driving an assigned route of Red Bull Distribution Company accounts. The role focuses on selling product inventory, increasing sales and product placement, and securing additional inventory, cooler space, and product displays at large- and small-format off-premise stores. The ASM services customers safely and productively according to Red Bull executional standards, maintains customer relationships, and supports the Red Bull brand through merchandising and product rotation.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record and ability to meet DOT driving standards.
Obtain a DOT medical card.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
English language proficiency.

Nice To Haves

Experience in sales, account management, and direct store delivery (DSD).
Additional language skills.

Responsibilities

Manage products and customer relationships at assigned Red Bull Distribution Company accounts.
Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales.
Ensure Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
Perform outside sales functions.
Evaluate competitors’ activities, including new product launches and price reductions.
Meet monthly goals for sales, distribution, pricing, displays, new account setup, and other merchandising components.
Rotate products properly to ensure freshness and maintain product flow according to Red Bull standards.
Increase inventory and product diversity at assigned accounts and improve in-store branding while delivering fresh product.
Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices.
Contribute to and lead among peer group.
Maintain relationships with customer contacts at assigned accounts.
