About The Position

FilterPure and Flotilla Partners are seeking a motivated Account Retention Specialist to join our growing Inside Sales team. This position is responsible for maintaining relationships with our commercial customers, increasing customer retention, identifying additional sales opportunities, and ensuring every client receives exceptional service. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales, account management, customer retention, or inside sales and enjoys building long-term business relationships over the phone.

  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Professional phone presence.
  • Comfortable making both inbound and outbound customer calls.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial accounts.
  • Contact existing customers to strengthen relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Proactively reduce customer attrition through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing customer accounts through additional products and services.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and follow-up.
  • Present commercial water treatment solutions to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and service recommendations.
  • Meet monthly sales and retention goals.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and account reviews.
  • Coordinate with Service, Installation, and Operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Track account activity, pipeline, and sales performance.
