About The Position

Requirements

  • Knowledge of basic business, economic, and pricing principles
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and exceed sales goals
  • Experience in marketing planning, sales execution, and relationship management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Demonstrated success using a solution-selling approach
  • Ability to maintain a valid Kansas driver’s license
  • Associate’s degree in Marketing, Computer Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years professional experience in the interconnect business

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective customers to achieve sales targets
  • Engage in consultative selling to identify customer needs and recommend tailored technology solutions
  • Manage larger, more complex accounts while coordinating with internal teams
  • Collaborate with customers and project managers to develop accurate, detailed proposals
  • Provide timely follow-up after project completion to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
  • Maintain regular reporting on sales activity, forecasts, and progress toward goals
  • Work closely with sales support and leadership to improve processes and drive success
