About The Position

The Account Representative will work directly with clients to resolve conflicts and ensure issues are handled efficiently. This role involves processing invoices and accounts receivables in collaboration with the account manager, and maintaining close communication with the project team to stay updated on account status. The representative will ensure adherence to all company processes and procedures, contribute to process improvement, and communicate company capabilities and services to the client. Responsibilities also include report analysis, trending, and corrective actions, along with other assigned duties.

  • Technical competence (excel, word, power point etc.).

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
  • Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment.
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
  • Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location.
  • BA in Business Administration or four years related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Works directly with client on conflict resolution as issues arise.
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
  • Works with account manager to process invoices and account receivables for the account.
  • Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of the account status at all times.
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are followed and work toward process improvement.
  • Communicates all aspects company capabilities and service to the client.
  • Report analysis, trending and corrective actions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
