This role is responsible for maximizing the sale of lift trucks, Crown Insite products, and warehouse products within a specified territory to meet sales objectives. The Account Representative Trainee will develop existing accounts and seek new business by analyzing opportunities, identifying key personnel, and developing strong business relationships. This position involves consulting and problem-solving to enhance the Company’s position in existing and target accounts, developing a territory management plan to maximize time with customers, and creating sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts. The role also includes developing and conducting product demonstrations and sales presentations, utilizing online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, and sales activity information, and participating in initial and ongoing training programs both locally and at the New Bremen, Ohio corporate headquarters.
