About The Position

This position is responsible for maximizing the sale of lift trucks, Crown Insite products, and warehouse products within a specified territory to meet sales objectives. The role involves developing existing accounts and seeking new business, analyzing opportunities, identifying key personnel, and building strong business relationships. The Account Rep Trainee will consult and problem-solve to enhance the Company’s position in existing and target accounts, develop a territory management plan, and create sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts. Additionally, the role includes conducting product demonstrations and sales presentations, utilizing online resources for record-keeping, and participating in training programs.

Requirements

  • Less than 2 years related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks for product demos.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program, or several years of successful sales experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of the entire sales process.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Intermittent computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Ability and willingness to work outside normal business hours to prepare for sales activities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize the sale of lift trucks, Crown Insite products, and warehouse products within a specified territory to meet sales objectives.
