About The Position

The Account Relationship Manager at U.S. Bank is responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with assigned client accounts. This role involves interacting with clients and other departments to continuously improve operational standards and support client needs. Key activities include contributing to strategic plans and reviews, implementing performance standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service, and continually evaluating processes and procedures. The manager will also make recommendations for process improvement, communicate these to clients as appropriate, and provide necessary training to clients. The position requires exercising judgment and making decisions that positively impact the business line's operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of client management and sales experience
