About The Position

T. Rowe Price’s Corporate Relations program strengthens direct relationships with corporate partners in support of the firm’s fundamental, bottom-up investment process. The Corporate Relations Relationship Manager will support corporate access activity across T. Rowe Price Associates (TRPA) and T. Rowe Price Investment Management (TRPIM). This role partners with Corporate Relations Originators, investment professionals, Investor Relations teams, broker dealers, and internal business partners. The role is responsible for senior-level execution, stakeholder engagement, reporting, data integrity, and process improvement. This position will be based in Baltimore, MD and will report to the Head of US Corporate Relations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree AND 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in corporate access, investor relations, financial services, investment research support, research sales, event management, business management, reporting, or a related client-facing business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, stakeholder initiatives, or reporting deliverables.
  • Experience working with investment professionals, corporate management teams, Investor Relations teams, broker dealers, or financial services stakeholders.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and data management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver a high-quality client or customer experience.
  • Ability to work across internal teams, resolve issues, and drive alignment in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of corporate access, investor relations, external research, investment management workflows, or investment operations.
  • Familiarity with equity research, public company engagement, portfolio management, or the investment process.
  • Experience supporting senior-level corporate meetings, management access, research trips, conferences, or thematic events.
  • Experience producing management reporting, dashboards, engagement analysis, SLA reporting, or stakeholder insights.
  • Experience using CRM systems, event management platforms, reporting tools, or related technology solutions.
  • Self-directed, collaborative, service-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fluid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate relations activity across TRPA and TRPIM, including company meetings, thematic events, headquarters visits, conferences, and bespoke research trips.
  • Lead complex events from planning through execution, including scheduling, attendee management, internal marketing, external communications, materials, logistics, and day-of support.
  • Build relationships with Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Associate Analysts, Corporate Relations Originators, and internal business partners to understand needs and deliver a consistent service experience.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Investor Relations teams, broker dealers, company management teams, and other external partners.
  • Represent T. Rowe Price and the Corporate Relations program professionally, including explaining the firm’s investment process, dual-entity structure, and corporate access approach.
  • Maintain accurate meeting and relationship data in GEMS and the Corporate Access CRM.
  • Produce periodic and ad hoc reporting on meeting activity, engagement trends, service levels, stakeholder participation, and program effectiveness.
  • Analyze activity data to identify trends, service gaps, and opportunities to improve process, reporting, technology usage, and stakeholder experience.
  • Partner across Global External Research, Compliance, Meetings & Events, Research Services, Administrative Services, Investment Administration, Technology, and other internal teams to ensure corporate access activity is fully supported.
  • Serve as a quality control point for meeting logistics, communications, deliverables, data accuracy, reporting, and stakeholder experience.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, judgment, and integrity.
