You'll work behind the scenes helping keep our nationwide Part 135 airline operation running smoothly while collaborating with a supportive team in an airport environment.

Requirements

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
A general understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
The ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively with coworkers in an open-office environment.
Successful completion of background checks and a pre-employment drug screening.
Ability to obtain airport security credentials.
Must be a US Citizen or be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Auditing and reconciling company credit card transactions, travel accounts, vendor receipts, invoices, and fuel tickets.
Preparing and distributing monthly airport landing reports.
Building and maintaining a database of airport fees for the airports where FRE/ACE operates.
Assisting the accounting and administrative team with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
