About The Position

The AP Coordinator oversees processing accounts payable and employee expense reports across multiple entities, including SAC, SVCFS, SVBH, TEAMMATES, and Valley Star, this role ensures all financial obligations are met with precision. Given the potential impact on the company’s legal and economic standing, maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness is a top priority. Beyond data management, this position serves as the organization’s subject matter expert on cultural competency and evidence-based practices. You will supervise clinical protocols, publish essential programs and training guides, and provide direct onsite coaching at various locations, including residential and inpatient sites. By staying ahead of legal requirements and industry trends, you will ensure our services remain both compliant and culturally informed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Two years of accounting experience.
  • Valid California driver’s license preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or vocational school diploma preferred.
  • Inpatient or outpatient medical setting experience preferred.
