Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Account Partner to join our Deal Operations team. Account Partners are customer-facing Trayers who lead the conversation on business-as-usual renewals, support Account Executives with upsell, churn, and contraction motions, maintain data integrity, support customer health initiatives, and drive operational consistency and efficiency across the customer lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of customer success and sales operations. You will be paired with one or more Account Executives and own a book of business from a renewals and deal execution perspective, ensuring 100% on-time renewals and accurate forecasting.
