About The Position

The Account Manager (AM) is the sales lead for RxSight business in the assigned territory and owns territory performance. The role drives growth of the Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) by building trusted relationships with surgeons and practice staff, positioning premium technology to expand adoption, and optimizing patient flow to increase practice capacity. The AM translates the Area Sales Director’s strategic priorities into territory activities and keeps growth initiatives aligned with them. The AM leads strategic customer engagement through data-driven account plans, regional referral strategies, and close collaboration with Customer Success (CS) partners on site-level growth opportunities. The position includes ongoing territory business planning and site-specific business reviews. The AM gathers customer data to identify current and future practice-level opportunities, guide resource allocation, influence LAL penetration and same-store sales, and coordinate cross-functional efforts while serving as a trusted business partner to practices. This is a field-based position covering the Southeast area of the United States, based in Charlotte, NC, or Raleigh, NC. Regular local travel is required to support customers and team members throughout the region, so candidates must reside in or near those cities.
