About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts while driving renewals and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue potential.

Requirements

  • A proven background in account management, particularly in retaining and expanding existing client accounts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts focused on retention, renewals, and upselling strategies.
  • Conducting regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and to identify opportunities for further engagement and growth.
  • Utilizing sales tools and insights to prepare forecasts, track opportunities, and drive performance.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams to create tailored proposals and ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts.
