Recover is a growing small business looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as an Account Manager. As a mission-driven company, they are passionate about what they do and how they do it, and pride themselves on a collaborative team atmosphere where everyone wears a lot of hats. The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing wholesale customer relationships for Recover Brands and Headsweats. This role serves as a primary point of contact for B2B customers and plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall success of the sales organization. This is a dynamic, customer-facing position that requires strong communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and a passion for building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, service-oriented, and excited to contribute to the growth of two mission-driven brands within the running, outdoor, collegiate, corporate, and specialty retail markets. The Account Manager serves as both an account manager and business development representative, responsible for growing existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new sales opportunities. This is a full-time, remote position, preferably based in western North Carolina.
