The Account Manager will maintain a high degree of industry knowledge, including trends, technological advancements, competitive landscape, and significant industry events. They will identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations. A thorough understanding of the customer's business, including products, processes, markets, key customers, industry dynamics, and profit drivers, is essential. The role involves identifying customer Critical Success Factors (CSF), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and key initiatives to develop account plans, sales strategies, and project justifications.
