As an Account Manager, Satellite Services, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, building trusted relationships that drive long-term success for both our customers and SageNet. You'll take ownership of the customer experience from onboarding through ongoing account management, ensuring customers receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities to expand solutions, renew services, and support continued business growth. In addition to managing existing customer relationships, you'll engage with qualified opportunities generated by our Demand Generation team, helping qualified customers evaluate SageNet's satellite solutions while building lasting partnerships that drive long-term success. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll combine strategic account management, customer advocacy, and consultative sales to strengthen customer relationships, convert qualified opportunities, and grow your portfolio.
