The Account Manager will work with the Business Development Managers, Service Advisors, and Fleet Technicians to ensure that our clients get the best possible outcome. The main objective is to build and maintain strong customer relationships, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. This includes but, is not limited to, the day-to-day operations, overseeing the appointments and ensuring all deliverables are met, helping to create monthly reports, and finding ways to maximize revenue/profit. Account Managers will also answer client inquiries and concerns. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional teams to improve the entire customer experience, particularly operations (delivery team, service writers, dispatchers, mechanics, customer service.)
