Requirements

Management/Supervisory experience in janitorial or facilities management
Experience managing high-volume accounts ($1M+)
Ability to lead a team of 25+
Proven Leadership: Previous experience as a Janitorial Operations Manager or supervisor in a high-volume service industry.
Flexible Leadership: Ability to work a mid-shift to provide overlap between day and evening crews.
Strategic Thinking: Capability to manage large-scale accounts and navigate complex staffing transitions.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to coach a diverse team and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Directly manage a team of 25 service professionals, fostering high morale and a positive work environment.
Oversee daily cleaning operations for this $1M+ account, ensuring all contract specs are exceeded.
Manage the strategic shift as the facility moves day-shift roles to our evening teams.
Act as the Facilities Manager on-site, conducting regular inspections to ensure top-tier custodial standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for school administration to build a strong professional partnership.
